Mate I think the way you clearly define your spaces is great. Its obvious that you have a good understanding of both the aesthetic of the building and the way it will function.
For the above top left section, I'd suggest thinking more about how to divide the inverted step pyramid into practical spaces. Perhaps a series of mezzanines might help. I think its a good idea, but feel that it would be a limited studio space due to it's lack of floor space. Then again, I might be confusing the scale.
